Lynn Winter, CEOLynn Winter founded Hired Hands Inc. in 1994 and is currently the CEO.  Lynn is a Registered Nurse and has been in the Homecare industry since 1980, an amazing 31 years that flew by with lightening like speed.  Prior to starting Hired Hands, she was the Senior Vice President of Business Development for an international home healthcare company, having been promoted from Nursing Director of a single branch office swiftly up through the corporate ranks.

Her life long desire was to create a homecare company where both employees and clients alike felt they were # 1 and that their goals and needs were of primary importance.  She attributes the success of Hired Hands to her son and daughter’s intense involvement along with the amazing professional and dedicated team of internal staff members and caregivers who function every moment with quality as their driving force.
